Booking and Reservations

  • Rates include taxes unless stated otherwise; extra charges (e.g., room service, laundry) apply.
  • Check-in: 12 PM; Check-out: 11 AM. Early check-in/late check-out at extra cost, subject to availability.
  • A valid ID (Aadhaar, Passport, or Driving License) is required at check-in per Indian regulations.
  • Cancellations: Free up to 48 hours before arrival; 1 night’s charge within 48 hours. No-shows forfeit full payment.

Payment Terms

  • Full or advance payment required for confirmation via secure gateways (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking).
  • All payments are in INR; refunds processed within 7-10 working days to original payment method.
  • We are not liable for payment disputes; contact your bank for chargebacks.

Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests must not damage property, disturb others, or violate laws.
  • Smoking is prohibited indoors (Rs. 5,000 fine per Indian law). Outside areas permitted.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Management reserves right to refuse entry or evict for misconduct without refund.

Liability Limitations

  • We are not liable for loss/theft of valuables (use room safe).
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics) may disrupt services without liability or refunds.
